Newborn babies do not come with instructions manual
and you bound to have lots of questions
Washing and bathing your baby
You don’t need to bathe your baby in the first few days
You may choose to wash their face ,neck,hands and
bottom carefully .
Please always choose a time when baby is awake
and content.

Lift your baby out and pat then dry

Soothing a crying baby
All babies cry and some more than others
Crying is your baby way of telling you they need comfort and care
The most common reason for crying are
Hunger
A dirty or wet nappy
Tiredness
Wanting a cuddle
Wind
Bring too cold or too hot
Boredom
Overstimulation
Introducing baby to solid foods
What is weaning?
Your baby should be introduced to variety diet alongside the usual milk or formula.
Your should wait until your baby is around 6 months old .
This gives them time to develop properly ,so they can cope with solid foods.
Your baby’s able to feed themselves at 6 months old.
They be better at moving food around their mouth ,chewing and swallowing.
This may mean they can have mashed and finger foods.
It is really important to wait until your baby is ready before weaning.
Separation anxiety in babies and toddlers
Babies and toddlers often get clingy and cry if you leave them ,even for a short time.
Separation anxiety and fear of strangers is common in young children between the age of 6months and 3 years ,but it’s normal part of your child development and they usually grow out of it.
